Pacific's Eye   |   Metalco Prize, Student Contest 2015

Icon of the Costa Rican Pacific coast. The project is based on Punta Guapinol, a mountain located next to the beach between Jacó and Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas. It is proposed a complex metal structure  with outdoor platforms that function as plurithematic museums of the exuberance of Costa Rican gardens and landscapes. 

 

Winning proposal of the Metalco Prize in 2014, awarded by the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica (CFIA), due to its iconic character, its structural conceptualization and the resolution of metallic complexity.
